I was a TV producer at some of the world's top advertising agencies, surrounded daily by storytelling, creativity and some of the sharpest communicators in the business. And it made me curious about one thing: why do some people lead, connect and perform so effortlessly, while others, just as talented, keep getting in their own way? That curiosity took me deep into behaviour science, NLP and Hypnosis. I spent years studying how people are wired and what quietly gets in the way of their potential. That work became EXP. I now work with executives, athletes and creatives who are stuck in a pattern they can feel but can’t quite name. We find it together. Then we change it.
